Our very first challenge was to create brand awareness on Instagram across target locations for better conversions. The second was to leverage digital platforms to reach a wider target audience. We ran marketing campaigns exclusively on Facebook and Instagram to seek out new audiences and boost sales. Our marketing strategies were framed around enhancing brand awareness, page likes, followers, and lead generation.
We started with a narrow targeting for brand awareness due to which the CPL was comparatively higher. Post that, we decided to shift to a broader targeting. This reduced the CPL and also helped in increasing
customer outreach. Our target was to reach out to a market that included young adults who would like to indulge in a luxurious lifestyle.
To capture the attention of Omaxe’s TG, we ran multiple ad sets - carousel, single, and video which reflected the luxury offered by Omaxe Ludhiana residential housing.
We spoke about a township where people can experience a hassle-free lifestyle by highlighting its modern amenities, grand décor, and lush greenery in different social media posts.
This helped us achieve higher lead volume, engage potential customers, and enhance the social media presence of the company.
After increasing the social media following by significant numbers, we stopped with the paid campaigns and started using organic marketing campaigns to promote the township.
